6 weeks from this Saturday my sister is getting married and I need to loose a stone in the time.
Not too hard. Just a little over 2lbs per week. Should not be too hard.
Joined a gym on Monday. Went there this morning and done a fitness test. Went quite well.
Worked with personal trainer and came up with the plan below.
5 mins warm up on bike
Followed by two of the below:
25 - 35 mins on the treadmill,
25 - 35 mins on the strider,
25 - 35 mins on the rowing machine.
Followed by 5 mins cool down on the bike.
Said the obvious things about diet, of which my diet is not too bad anyway, just a few small adjustments to make.
Will post stats later.
