Money Transfer from Canada to BOI (UK) account

    Hi,

    My mum sent some money from her Canadian account last Monday to my Bank of Ireland account. There's still no sign of it. Is this normal?

    It depends on the method by which she transferred it. You can pay extra to have it sent in a couple of days or if you pay basic transfer it could take a week or more. It wont be lost because Iban numbers are checked in the bank before the money is sent so it cant be sent to the wrong person. Dont be worrying it will get there
