Short cut from stepaside park to the luas?

Just wondering if anyone knows a short cut from stepaside park to the luas? Considering renting there, googles showing me a 40 min walk, is there a short cut? Thanks

Google Maps shows 27mins

I always find their estimates a little exaggerated, well for my walking speed anyhow. I'm sure it could be done in 20 without working up a sweat.
