Winter drafts at the Front of the house

Hi all , I live in a semi de house with a Front bay window, now the weather is Getting colder the front of the house is getting colder , I wont to try get Rid of the cold , I am thinking the Bay window roof tiles and between the inside ceiling is one area where the insulation is poor. Has anyone else fixed a bay window…

Has anyone else fixed a bay window draft / cold spot . Also the two room directly above this bay window are Very cold .

What would you suggest to use to get Rid of the draft , and suggestions as to the least disruptive way of getting between the tile and inside
