Load bearing weight on a precast concrete tank lid?

How much weight could an underground precast concrete tank take safely? Being infilled and overfilled over with lots of soil (about 8 inches deep) and then some hardcore,and pavers for a pathway..,,,,,would that cause any load bearing issues with regards the tank and its lid? Thanks.:)

I'm no expert but would imagine it would depend on the thickness and level of reinforcement in the wall and top. Had a "person" go through the top of a septic tank with a tractor on me once and the lid of the tank was approx 40mm and well reinforced and it was a small tractor.
