    Hi there Just wondering should an Owner Occupier state his PPS number on his rent books?
    What are an Owner Occupiers Legal Obligations re supplying PPS number for renting out

    The landlord should provide it for the purposes of the Form RENT 1 to be submitted by the tenant.

    An owner occupier is not obliged to provide a rent book or a PPs number.
