Verts and Hugo playing very well.

    Dempsey anonymous. Sandro playing poorly.

That was close!! Lloris in the right place otherwise it was a definite goal.

LLoris nearly caused one there, Freidel wouldn't have done that

    1-0. Defoe Caulker!

Seeing the replay, that shot was going wide. Awful shot, but got the deflection :D

Good man JD!! 30 today, 200 PL goals, Spurs 1 up. :D

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,946 ✭✭✭SuprSi

Hehe it goes down as Caulker's goal! JD still needs his 200th then!

Bent coming on to score against his old club :( I can see it happening.

Great win, with a very comfortable 2nd half from them today. Totally controlled the game.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,994 ✭✭✭KingdomYid

3pts is all I will say about that.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,946 ✭✭✭SuprSi

Much better in the 2nd half and another win. Still haven't seen 90 minutes of good football, which needs to be sorted out, but it's still 3 points and we're now only outside the top 4 on goal difference.

Happy with the win although a few things I didn't like. Our players were dispossessed far too easily. Walker is always a worry. WTF is wrong with Bale these days, maybe he needs some time on the bench to reflect on how bad he's playing

great 2-0 win & we could have had 4 some real sitters missed by dempsey esp..

a clean sheet & its over to newcastle to get a win v manu & rock their season again lol...

    2 goals.
    Clean sheet.
    Lloris introduced.
    Adebayor back.
Parker, BAE, Livermore all to return after the international break. Kaboul still to join in too.
    COYS

Looking forward to Chelsea match now, it will be interesting to see what AVB decides to do up front, leave Defoe in or bring in Ade -
Demebele looks like an excellent replacement for Modric, very impressed with him and Lennon looks in good form.
We just need to get the player that plays in behind the striker going, Siggy or Dempsey haven't got going yet

You sure? I think I read somewhere that he's had a setback and could be out until the end of November.

To be fair, Liverpool results do not concern me as they will not be challenging at our part of the table. It was a good result, but would not call it great.

Just watching match of the day now. Bales dive was disgraceful. It's not Spurs at all. He's no better than Suarez integrity wise.

Yes stupid from Bale, hopefully somebody give him a clip on the ear. But in fairness, I don't think you can compare him with Suarez !

very happy, and lloris got in too. I don't feel bad for brad, he's a pro and he'll continue to push for his spot, right up until spurs offer him a position as a goalkeeping coach :P
