Hey there. I requested in my local branch, that a RSA be set up and start on October 1st. I did this about 2/3 weeks ago, and dropped the relevant forms into the branch. Now have these gotten mislaid? Naas branch used to have a customer service desk, but since they got rid of it, the service in the bank has dropped…
