    Hi Eircom Reps, I just wanted to say thanks.
    I had a problem with my broadband it kept dropping
    I rang Technical support and after a quick check of my line, an engineer was sent out to repair some wiring, he also recommended a new router, which arrived today
    I’m back up and running within a few days
