I need Bed & Breakfast or digs for 3 weeks in Jamestown Road, Finglas. Would anyone be able to recommend a place. He probably wont have a car. Starting on Monday next. He is going there on Saturday to try find a place. Only got confirmation of course this afternoon. A cheap hotel would do either, around 30 to 40 Euro per…

You could try the Ardmore Hotel. It is on the main road south of Clearwater shopping centre. Probably a 20-30 minute walk to Jamestown Road though...

I don't know their rates, but you should be able to negotiate a good deal for 3 weeks (presume Mon-Thur occupancy?).
