adding a sensor to an outdoor light?

so i have a light out the back powered from a mains switch in the shed. the problem is that you have to unlock the shed etc and go turn the switch on to use it. is it a big job to add a sensor outside with this? sensor price and labour wise i mean.

easy enough diy job to replace the fitting with a sensor light
