Annabel Nightclub

With the movie "What Richard Did" coming out, I was thinking back to the Annabel case. I followed the case at the time but back then I didnt live in Dublin. Where was the Annabel nightclub? Is it a nightclub now?

It was in the basement of the Burlington Hotel. Think its long closed.

Annabel's was in The Burlington and was pretty much the place to be whilst I was at UCD. Unfortunately, it's closed a long time now and nowhere seems to have replaced it -it was quite a unique place, possibly due to it's slightly out-of of-town location within a hotel. The clientele was almost exclusively South Dubliners, UCD students and a smattering of Trinners who were probably sick of the Pav!
