    Yes, most of it, particularly the loading bay areas. As you move down towards the quays, near the Morrison Hotel on the parallel street for example, it's only free up to 14.00. From 14.00 to 19.00 it's pay parking in some parking areas. Streets near the junction with Mary's Abbey are also a good bet for free parking on Sundays.

    cheers forgot about streetview just had a walk around and found a few spots :p
