I know in Dundrum Cinema they have little tubs of candy floss, there's blue and an incredibly faint pink, just if you were stuck. Not sure where you'll get white candy floss. You could go to one of the shops that sell candy floss and see if they can help you out, it's only the dye / flavouring that they add so I'm sure they could make it without.
