Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I really think Gutierrez is an outstanding squad player, plays very well in about 4 different positions, why hasn't some of the bigger teams snapped him up?

Nothing wrong with Punching the ball once you are getting it away from trouble. De Gea just needs to stay on his line unless he is sure he is getting to the ball.

Stiill room for improvement from United but the team set up from the start to the changes that were made looks a lot better to the teams that started the last few league games.

Valencia doesn't seem right to me . Doesn't seem to be throwing himself into tackles like he usually does .

No need to be throwing yourself into tackles when you have a comfortable lead, especially just back from injury.

Thr 'only cos they're English' line works for a lot of things. It doesn't when it comes to FIFA bias to be fair

If Howard Webb was Peruvian he would not be allowed anywhere near the WC Final.

Other than the goal, I disagree. Several times, it seemed to be Clev or Welbeck defending Evra's position....

Considering he was the only outlet out wide, that's to be expected. If there was an out and out winger in front of him and he was still getting caught way up the pitch then I'd be pissed off.

Is it really that hard to give any credit to Evra these days? Tbf he had good game today. No regular **** ups, defended well and was not even caught out of position.

How the absolute **** have Newcastle got eleven men still on this fcuking pitch!!!

Yes, did more in this game than Liverpool + Tottenham combined.

Webb didn't seem to want to give a card there. Then he decided he would. Weird.

On the attack, he had a decent game. Credit there where it's due. On the defense, he didn't have much to do. There was three times in the first half where he was in the box covering a player already covered by the center backs, while Clev and Welbeck covered his position. Other than that, he didn't have to defend cause Newcastle (for some reason) didn't threaten his position.

He didn't have a stinker of a game like he's been prone to recently, but it's not as if he had some Godly game either....having little to do does not equate to a good match for me...

Nobody said godly. I said decent. He had a decent game and I don't think anyone can say otherwise to be honest.
