Looks like the new childrens hospital is getting the go ahead for Blanchardstown. This will be a great boost to the area and a potential windfall for property owners/ landlords.

a previous report stated that for the mater hospital, new childrens hospital would need 3000 staff members

It is a much better location than the Mater, at least in Blanch it is right beside the M50 so folks coming from outside Dublin can access it much easier than the Mater and not have parking and traffic problems on top of the worry of a sick child.

true there is also the train stations in clonsilla, coolmine, castleknock and navan road if people so choose. I'm sure there would be bus services layed on from these stations also when the time comes.
