TTC tips?

Hello

We are just starting the TTC journey and looking for some basic advice/tips. Wife is 31 and I am 33. Both non-smokers and don't drink too much, just one night a week perhaps.

I've had sperm analysis done and all well. Wife just off dianette 2 months now and no period yet. She was on since teenager due to acne. Her cycle was irregular before she was on dianette and during breaks.

I don't think for now we'll bother charting/taking temps etc as seems quite stressful and lots of pressure. Was just thinking if we had sex 2-3 per week and tried to stay healthy things should happen.

But any advice would be welcome as we'd like to conceive ASAP if possible.
