    Looking to make this a couple of times and try it at home before deciding to get it when eating out in NY in a few weeks time, anyone got any recipes to get the best out of this cut with a conventional oven? :confused:

    the Hilahcooking channel on youtube has a decent brisket recipe for the oven. just a pro tip. you eont find great brisket in NY. not many proper bbq places that far north of virginia.

    Placed called Hill Country in NYC is supposed to be alright, bit gimmicky but they do it fairly well by all accounts
