Help identifying a bug

    Just wondering can anyone help me out.
    I've a family of nocternal bugs in my kitchen and bathroom.
    They are skinny tear drop shape move fairly fast they have small antenna at the front of the head.
    I have a picture but dont know how to put it on here.
    Someone told me they come in the grout of the tiles??
    Any help to get rid of much appreciated.
