What type of vessel are you in? A small white rowing boat
What do you see? Grass, swans, seagulls, the town ahead, grey sky, brown river (it's a pretty disgusting river)
What can you hear? The water lapping around the boat, faint traffic from the Boyne Cable Bridge, seagulls cawing
Where are you going? Heading into the town, no particular reason
What is the journey like? Fairly slow, relaxed, in no hurry, just doing it for my own pleasure
How are you feeling? At ease, relaxed

What do you see? clear water, blue sky, clouds,
What can you hear? swish of water, birds singing
Where are you going? nowhere in praticular, just floating
What is the journey like? slow and peacefull
How are you feeling? relaxed, stressfree, nice.

Location wise, where are you? Sailing slowly down a really clear, slow-moving river
Are you on your own, or in company? If so, who are you with? Alone, but I can hear my kids and husband nearby
What type of vessel are you in? A barge
What do you see? Lots of lush greenery. Leafy trees amlost meeting overhead, with bright blue sky behind it. Lots of tall grass along the banks.
What can you hear? Birds. the water gurgling. Voices of kids playing in the distance.
Where are you going? I have no idea!
What is the journey like? Slow, uncomplicated. Undemanding. It only requires that I'm present.
How are you feeling? Very relaxed, deeply peaceful

What type of vessel are you in? On an inflatable boat
What do you see? The sky, birds, water, people on the beach
What can you hear? The sea moving, the waves breaking and occasionally people talking loudly.
Where are you going? Nowhere really, just relaxing on a good day.
What is the journey like? Peaceful, not really a journey as such.
How are you feeling? Calm and relaxed.
