I am looking to build a shed in the back garden. I have decided that I would prefer a block built shed rather that a timber or steel shed. I am looking to build a shed in the back garden. I have decided that I would prefer a block built shed rather that a timber or steel shed.

The spec would be in around as follows;

foundation, single 9" cavity block walls would suffice, twin leaf ok too.
Insulation not required.
standard pvc door, window optional, one light fitting, one socket for power,
getting power to shed is no problem
the internal floor area would be approx. 3m x 3m
pitched roof tiled and plaster finish on external walls only.

What would be a reasonably price to pay a builder to build this
