Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can anyone help my brother-in-law...

I hope people don't mind but my brother-in-law asked if I'd post this on any forums I'm a member on that he isn't. Its an unusual request I have to admit but no harm in asking!
Ok before i start this may be way out of line to ask and if it is i apologise!

But, my father turns 60 this year and i had an idea for an extra special Christmas present, he has always enjoyed his cars, and is where we got our interest in them from. But his favourite 2 cars he ever owned was a Fiat 131 Mirafiori Sport which he bought brand new, and a white Volvo 850 T5 saloon that he bought new in 1995. He currently has an S60 T5,

Anyway my question is: If anybody would be willing to give him the use of their pride and joy Mirafiori for one day so himself and my Mum could take it for a drive down the country somewhere and relive some nostalgia of life before 3 sons came along! Obviously we would be paying for the use of the car for the day, and also we would be transferring his fully comprehensive FBD insurance policy onto the car for the day, (I have already checked this with our FBD agent and it isn't a problem).

Again i realise this is probably asking WAY WAY too much from anyone who owns a precious classic, but if there were anyone who would consider it i would be over the moon!

    Cheers
