BULBS - Beers this week?

    Hey folks,

    I've been meaning to hit Limerick and UL in particular since I returned from abroad, and was hoping that UL Boardsies were still up for beers in the form of BULBS.

    I hope to get down there this week, I didnt realise there were open days on however which may put a spanner in the works, but it should mean plenty of free time right?

    How does Thursday sound?
    Anybody interested?

    hi guys,

    when you organise a time and a date for your BULBS I will be hosting a non-alcohol BULBS event at the same time a week later

    the event will include:
    walk along the river bank (bring weather appropriate clothing)
    tea coffee and home made glutten free scones (will need to be toasted) in the all faiths place.

    supack, knock it off. Mossin isn't 'pretending' to be a student or anything of the sort.

    There's nothing wrong with going for a few pints at your old college.

    The year I was born is in inconsequential in this 'debate'.

    Seamus is a friend of mine, and it'd be great to have a chin wag with him and others, but it's not solely the reason I'm interested in having some beers. I've actually got business to do in UL [which btw is none of your business right now also] and thought it'd be nice to catch up with some of my boards friends whilst there. Nothing wrong with that imo.

    I've seen plenty since I left UL, but unlike others, I want to give back to the University that gave me so much, and if you don't like that go enjoy 'ALL THE WORLD HAS TO OFFER' and don't bother those that would like to meet up with some friends and have a drink! If I've learned anything, it's that networking is important, and if that involves going back to UL to meet some old friends, and make some new ones then so be it.

    Who are you to determine what a person should or shouldn't do?

    +1 there. As for what night really don't mind but would have a slight leaning towards Wednesday but I'll go with whatever suits others
