    The beeb launched new iPlayer for radio app (IOS only so far) yesterday. Does not appear to be available in Ireland app store. Presume some sort of restriction ?

    Any ideas?

    They don't restrict access to radio with the standard browser-based iPlayer for radio, so I'd guess its some other issue.

    Agree (I have other bbc apps). Just wonder why it does not appear on apple.ie app store. No biggie - I have TunIn which serves me just nicely.
