Christmas Break 2012

Hi I'm a first year mature student and I was just wondering if someone could tell me if students are off til the 21st of January or are we back on the 4th when the university re opens? Also is there a date at which all students finish for christmas or does it depend on the course that you do?

Semester 2 starts on the 21st of January according to this link - http://www.ucd.ie/registry/academicsecretariat/docs/201213_td.pdf

That would mean we go back on the 21st, the 3rd is just for "exam process", correcting them etc.

Everyone finishes in UCD on Friday 30th Nov. Then a week off for study, then exams. So it completely depends on how your exam timetable turns out, but the last day of exams is 21st of Dec.
