Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Media Scanner stuck at 0%, Android, Galaxy Mini

    Media Scanner starts when I turn on the phone, and it never stops which means I cant access the sd card.

    Here's what I have tried so far that hasn't worked:

    Factory reset: Scanner keeps going.

    Other SD cards: Scanner keeps going, so it's not the cards.

    Downloaded Startup manager, disabled media storage, rebooted the phone: Scanner keeps going.

    Downloaded Scanmedia, hoping it would override the android scanner: Scanner keeps going.

    Any ideas would be great, thanks.

    Can you install titanium backup or similar and freeze the scanner then use scanmedia instead?

    Thanks for the reply. Just in case anyone else gets the same error, it was just a corrupt .mp3 that it couldn't scan,
