I'll go for Joe Cooley's Reel for the first one and haven't a clue of the second, probably Gan Ainm 2489

The musicians are Robbie Mac Gowran on whistle and the guitarist is Ruairi Kelly.

Second tune is Byrnes Hornpipe.
