I am currently debating howto log all my Clients IT information. Ive used sugarcrm in the past as well as trying a Wiki. Have you guys seen any good way of logging this info? eg firewall info. network / server info etc? Im a big fan of online systems. im currently using Xero + Quotient + freshdesk so i would love to find…

Im a big fan of online systems. im currently using Xero + Quotient + freshdesk so i would love to find another service to link these with.
