Looks very finished - so to speak, mature lawns and flower beds more of a retirement pad than a self sufficiency project
but if yer willing to spend a few quid then there are may many options

bit of work required, but its good land down this end of the country, and if you do a bit of tidying up on the property it should hold a resale value
