Can i report a site?

Right lads need some help here,A few months ago i won a prize (A Metro 2033 gas mask) from a site called "Rebel Gaming" i have asked when it should arrive and they said "They will post it when they get around to it" its been like 3 months and when i emailed them again i got the same reply,My friend is also getting this its really annoying because i wanted it for a Cosplay event.
Anybody know anything i can do?

Wednesday is today but phone told me too and then I thought it was Thursday? I forget and not remember that tomorrow Thursday but Friday. Now I miss thing and not my fault because of them phone pricks.

Do I have a case?

Nothing you can do, op.
Websites are not like bricks and mortar shops. With them you can always goto the ombudsman or what not and since you didnt buy anything - just won something. There is zilch you can do. They will either send it or choose not too .... looks like they are choosing not too. Sure truth be known they probably never had such an item to give away in the first place.

It was my sister's birthday recently so I decided I'd buy her a dress from an independent online retailer.

When the dress arrived, I was disappointed to discover that it wasn't nearly sexy enough for her, in stark contrast to the seller's claims.
