Ulster Bank Deposit bonus

With the deposit bonus. I understand that customers have to have the money still with them at the end of November in order to qualify. If for example during the qualify period it is moved from one account to another would this matter ? as the money is still with the bank

Yes, it would matter as it is no longer in that account/product.
