A band called Television (their album 'Marquee Moon' always makes the 'greatest albums of all time' lists) and early B-52's (check out 'Rock Lobster')

Yes, , I saw them in concert two weeks ago in Manchester and last week in Blackpool .You could go out and buy their greatest hits but I would recommend you get these 4 albums Vienna ,Rage In Eden ,Quartet and their latest album Brilliant to get what they are really all about .

You should like Cut Copy and Chromeo, really good throwback to that sort of stuff you posted but more on the synthy side.

Anyway, Public Image Limited often go hand in hand with a lot of the bands listed above for me. Or even Billy Bragg. It's not so much a musical style you seem to have listed as it is and era! Albeit a very good one!
