Kilmeaden broadband exchange upgrade?

Hi, Anyone know if they ever upgraded it. Been looking on the net for 30min and can't find any info on it. Living in Butlerstown and I still only have two Meg's. They did say they would contact me when it got upgraded, I should have eight Meg's.
