Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Just wondering if anybody knows of any apps where you can send messages but the person your texting doesn't need to have the app? As in, you send it using the app but it just comes up to the receiver as a normal text message, not like Viber etc. I know you can do this with Cabbage but you use your monthly online text limit with that.

I'm not sure if an app like the exists but if anyone knows of one it'd be great!

I'm guessing you mean for free? If so then no as the app would require PSTN break out to take the IP message and send it via the cellular network which costs money.

You can try this method I guess. Not guaranteed to work:

WebSMS can use your webtexts, but you need your data/wifi on, and you need to have webtexts :P
