Hi pipie try these http://time-off.ie/ I'm not sure if they can supply a driver but worth checking or ask and put up a poster in any of the sailing clubs around the coast, most of them have small ribs to go out with the yachts and you might find someone to bring you out cheeper than hiring one.
You never know someone here might be able to help you out as long as your not drug running
