Hi there, I have a few loans with BOS and I think we need to go interest only again because of a loss of job. I am hearing very negative things about this bank, very hard to deal with, don't care about the borrowers etc while the "Irish" banks are way easier to deal with. Hi there,

I am hearing very negative things about this bank, very hard to deal with, don't care about the borrowers etc while the "Irish" banks are way easier to deal with.

Should I be worried here as AIB are acting like a charity in some cases while here I am potentially suffering cos the loan is with a bank outside Ireland.
