Heading to the DARTS in City West Hotel on Sat, what number bus goes out that way. I rang the hotel & she hadnt a clue! The darts are over at 10pm, will the buses still be running then. Not familiar with the city at all. This thing about having the correct fare is a pain, would anyone know how much is the bus fare.

The CityWest (Saggart) LUAS stop is outside the hotel.

Make sure you get the Saggart line.
    http://www.luas.ie/service-to-from-saggart.html

Last tram to Belgard (Tallaght) leaves at 11.50 and then change for one to city centre.

    65b only

but as link above shows luas goes to saggart and stops at city west

was unaware that this had opened so yeah the luas take it takes less time than the bus however be prepared for the scobie invasion ;)

Another option is route 69, which drops you outside the hotel, but is a bit meandering. http://www.dublinbus.ie/en/Your-Journey1/Timetables/All-Timetables/69/

No, neither the 65 nor 65b are particularly useful. Luas is best.

It's a fair hike from City West to City West Hotel, although you could get a Luas. :pac:

Yes, there are occasional problems, but it isn't that bad.

No, Luas or 69, the 65b will mean a hike of more than 2km instead of a few hundred metres.

Go with the 69 op as it seems 65b goes to city west but not the hotel why make life hard on yourself or wander around somewhere you don't know if you don't have to.....
