My work schedule at the moment allows me 3-4 days in which i can train. By which I mean running, press ups, sit ups, dips, pull ups, and other varied homemade equipment. I know its preferable to rest a day in between. The other 3 days require that I work with no time to exercise. I still do a round of stretching each day though.

Basically I'm wondering the cons, and pros if any, to such a plan.

the main con is the fact is its one day after another so recovery is an issue but its only 4 days not 10, so its not optimal but you'll survive.
It boils down to this, you have not choice..... your other option is doing nothing so its fair to say what you're doing now is a far better option.
if you have no other option then dont even think about the cons as its pointless and it will only have a negative influence

    Stick up your plan.

It's not ideal but no reason it can't work. I wouldn't do the same thing everyday though, split things up a bit so you can recover slightly.

Just don't destroy yourself each day and you'll be grand.
