Network problems while tethering

I'm not sure if this is a phone or computer issue. But i think it might be best suited here as tethering is only on the android phones, i think?
I'm with the 3 network. I only changed over to them about two months ago and have no problems at all except connecting to certain websites.

Using my phone, it wouldn't let me access certain websites. They're not even porn or anything nasty. This was solved by using the Opera browser on the phone.

But now i seem to have the same problem while tethering. Using the laptop, and connected to the internet through the phone, i can't access certain websites. I have tried using different browsers internet explorer, firefox, and even opera. But no good.

Is there anyone on three with the same problem?

Had the similar problem with problem with Vodafone on my phone. Had to call into shop to get them to remove blocking filter.

    This.

Contact three 1913 they will take the block off for you so you can access your "sites". It is enabled by default on some accounts.

Just don't mention tethering as you're not entitled to use your phone for this.

I'm a prepay 3 customer also have tethering, didn't realise we weren't supposed to have it. Actually cancelled my 3 dongle as no longer use it.
