remove boardsdeals link from emails

when i get emails about a reply in a thread i'm subscribed to the emails still contact links to boardsdeals. maybe these could be removed now? (i still continue to click on them by mistake!)

Yes, they should probably be taken out, It's added to our internal bug tracker list now.

*nope a shopkeeper doesn't appear, but the boardsdeals links from notification emails disappear
