Is this a good deal compared to builders providers, etc.?

Just to be clear, I'm not looking for tips like uncovering my insulation under my water tank. It's not practical for me because my tank is too high above my ceiling.

If you have a suggestion for a product please give the rough price and the name of the place that sells it. I have read other threads on this topic from last few years but I want to check if there are any good deals out there right now.
