Never bought a thing this time and just made sure I checked in regular.

Woodstock just built also. Seems much easier to get the prizes in this act. I only got 3 first time round.

Got final prize too despite forgetting to put the group to casino last night!

Not visiting neighbours now till next part and going to stock pile the coins to give me a good start!

Is it confirmed that the tokens will be needed in Act 3? Wasn't it in the last event where everything completely changed in Act 3? If not, should be easy enough to stockpile ~100 over the next day or so.


What games are you guys playing the most? I tend to stick to slots, but I unlocked the cards yesterday, and that seems to have a steadier payout than the slots, even though the top prize isn't as high. I'm totally ignoring the dice.

Playing the slots. Did the cards a couple of times but only do the dice a very odd time.

I want to stockpile my coins until act 3 starts, but I need a tonne more coasters for crafting! In the past 2 days, I've gotten 2 from random player clicks! I need about 60 or 70 at least :mad:

Just hold tough I'd say. You can just catch up on the crafting after the Act 3 start. I'm in full stockpile mode now. Have 130 coins saved with 1 and a half days to go.

I will kick off the crafting again on Thursday alright. I just realised that I have to get from crafting level 2 to 3 after I finish the craft.

Stockpiling coins here myself, I hope they will still be part of act 3? would hate not to get things from them. Only just started on crafting level 2 now as was doing all the items to jump up the burns levels.

The tokens better not disappear at the start of act 3. I've over 200 saved and need quite a few key chains and coasters so I don't want them to go to waste. If they are being removed, they need to tell us in advance to use them.

The requirements to upgrade crafting level are a bit sh*te tbh. I'm only 3 steps towards level 3 atm. I do have all the level 1 items and two big level 2 items (Spruce Moose and the sign) though, so once I get to Level 3 it's straight crafting for me then.

I think EA are wise to our coin hoarding, according to the simpsons wiki site they've just increased the chip totals for the act 3 prizes!

Yeah I have about 280 banked but will probably use 20 of these to hit the 8500 target for another round of bonuts . . . looking at the increase the increment is quite low for the early prizes but Gabbo and Arthur (90K -> 102K) :eek:

Spent my stockpile, got 28,000 chips (so the first 2 prizes + 5,000 towards Prize 3), and fully upgraded my crafting level.

So, let the grind begin, because I frickin' want Gabbo more than anything! :P

What Is the better game to use the coins on slots or cards?, card has a more consistency but lower payout

I had 7000 in coins but all disappeared at the start of act three.

I think you had 7,000 chips, not coins... Coins are the tokens you need to play casino games, chips are what you collect from games and tapping gamblers. Act 2's chips were green, Act 4's are blue, so your green chips were meant to disappear.

At least, I hope this is what happened to you, or else I'll be round to your house in a few minutes to find out your secrets wizard!

Found an exploit for the Players' Club.

You know how it says "First X awards Y points", well it turns out if you just store the item, you can craft it and place it again and get the points again.

I crafted 8 walk of fame pieces, got 50 a piece for them, stored them, crafted 8 more, got 50 a piece again.

Not sure if intentional or bug, but I'm capitalising on this!

Gabbo. Gabbo! GABBO!

Just unlocked Gabbo and Arthur. It's odd, it's one character, yet the first questline requires you to do a task for each of them. Odd.

Either way, I've got 6+ days now to try and get me some donuts.

I see we can now spend five tokens for five times the reward. Just made a quick 4K chips for 10 tokens. Only 2k to go for Gabbo.
