Is it not just laziness though? I think my IRS building is on level 5, and it taps a pretty wide range. It really doesnt bother me at all to upgrade it.

My next upgrade for the IRS building is 2million, so not sure if its worth it.

Bar two squares of ocean its the only thing left I can put money into really that gives somewhat of a return, at least until a new update arrives or they give me more land to play with. It doesnt necessarily come down to laziness or the need to have a bigger collection radius.

What's the deal with the little man beside some of the characters task list? ..."edit" ah it means its a visual task

In case anyone missed it, you can tap more than three bandits in your friends town. I've gotten six a few times but can usually get five unless the town is really condensed.

Yes and no
As with most of them there's a few task and then they dry up, just left collecting bandits at this stage.

Bandits in friends towns don't count towards the total for the town plaza...? That's a bit poo.

I didn't think you could sell Moes. Are you sure that it isn't in your inventory.

Select the four arrows on the right and then select the box on the left. Scroll through until you see Moes. Select it and place it back in your town

I am at the same stage, not been able to log on as often as normal as so busy.

I missed one day due to leaving myself signed in on another device. Just shy of the 7th prize, so no hope of getting all the way. Some events seem harder than others to complete the prizes. I had all the casino prizes with days to spare, but really struggling here.

The casino event was much easier due to being able to tap the gamblers and having the games to play for materials. The bandit hideouts don't come close to giving out the same level of rewards.

I did the storylines and I am still just about to get my 6th prize.

I had stockpiled resources for today, so I was able to do the 10 tasks. Fairly sly though. Just 4 hours to go and I'm done for this Act.

The 10 tasks was fairly easy. I'd already unlocked Wes Doobner though, so I could afford to just spam the lowest value one. Would have been annoyed if I'd needed the larger ones.
