Damn you EA, the open air stage is pricey but seems very worth it, the B-Sharps perform on it! Also Lisa, Krusty and sideshow Mel perform on it too. It works like Cletus Farm and Channel 6. There is also a man gets with football - the musical

Luigi starts the quest for level 29 btw

The open air stage has more too it than just a decoration. There's a little mic hovering over it and when you click it the message prompt is "Start a Performance". Clicking the Perform button has a list of tasks similar to the Channel 6 news building but it needs the characters. Quests like Lisa's Sax Solo, The Be Sharps, the Skinner Sisters and Man a being Hit By Football the musical. At the moment they all have a lock beside them.

Also the sprawl mart is really big. Bigger than Fat Tonys Mansion.
