Yeah I levelled up immediately after the update. My point is that i've built all the new stuff that was added. And for the first time I've built duplicate houses and stores. But my rating is still lower than it was before I had all the extras. Probably expecting a lot more to arrive with Squidport which is why there aren't enough buildings to higher your rating.

This was on tstotips.com a few days ago, the way the scoring works you now need to build a massive amount of kwik-e-marts and gulp'n'blows to get the ratings back. With the amount of buildings coming in squidport better off waiting anyway.

In relation to TSTOTips I see that the latest storyline has offended the gun loving fellas in the US. It's crazy how people over react to a cartoon game. I'd also see women's rights groups being offended by Marges desire to shop anywhere at the start of the storyline too. But haven't heard anything about that yet. Still crazy how people react.

I should get the bump to 31 if it's released today, squidport could be fun though (and expensive at level 31 I guess).

My money would be on Squidport, and if that doesn't come then probably no update at all. The last two or three 'Level' updates have happened on a Friday though, usually early on. The bigger seasonal or limited updates happen on Thursday so check later on this evening as that's usually when they come. Also to note the bigger updates are usually released through the AppStore.

Have done that in the past (gathered it in one place), but just to get it all together, so can blitz it in one go once I get enough time, and one of the 'cleaners' is available

A good idea is to use some of the trash as decoration. Some nuclear waste at the plant, a few barrels outside Moes and general trash outside Cletus' and Nelsons home.

Looks like no update today. Safe to say we'll definitely see the big Squidport update next week. It's certainly gotten all quiet since Whacking Day ended.

Id say something went wrong. A lot of people have complained that they cant get their ratings back up. A lot more shops are needed which is expected with Squidport.

Just like any other decoration: go into move mode (or whatever it's really called) and tap on it the same as you would a tree or a building.

brown house is crap unless you are online all the time. better getting a bigger pay off for a longer wait, I can log in around every 3/4 hours so the pink house works for me, I have a lot of those and a few blue and white.

The best thing to spend your money on is buildings and just progress that way. Buildings and characters that come with them generate cash. Land doesn't. Leave the land until you really need it. Also don't spend too much time decorating until you get to a higher level and can actually put some structure into your town. Otherwise you'll end up constantly redesigning.

I think the accepted thinking is to link tasks/cash collection with how often you are online. Shorter tasks earn proportionally more money. TSTOtips is very good for advice.

Casino Racino not prompting to start - Fat Tony quest line

Marge is prompting the Build of the Hermans, so she is blocked from continuing the Fat tony quest line!

I sent them all on hours tasks, so I will try putting them back into inventory when there finish! I also try putting bart into inventory, his finishing of the last task should have prompted the next part!


Edit: I tried all of the above, but still no luck at getting the quest to continue, probably have to wait until I build Herman's! About just under half way there money wise!

Cheers guys. Yeah, at the moment I'm probably tapping in at least twice an hour (no I don't have an addictive personality! :P). Homer is eating his (ever increasing) body weight in Krusty Burger's and there's a constant supply of tomacco growing in Cletus's Farm (although I kind of want to grow corn for some perverse reason).

Yeah, I know I should wait to be buying excess land and arranging stuff, but I'm loving building my town! There are some seriously cool-looking ones among my "friends" - most of whom are from this thread!

I only unlocked the pink house today and first one is under construction. Building a Pink Rink is beyond my budget at the mo. I may try populating a Purple Pavement.... :P (I am way too hooked on this game.)

Don't grow corn it actually takes 90+ days to grow and the money reward at the end is not great! I am 6 days and counting till I will be able to collect $45000 and 9000 xp! (plus what ever multiplier I am on, I think about 27% the last time I checked)

Yeah, I know it's not worth it - 90 days is a serious commitment. A crop of corn is just calling to my irrational side.
