Restrictive Firewall

Have any people been able to change the firewall from restrictive to open? I have assigned my xbox its own ip address and have put the xbox ip address in the DMZ on my three router homepage. I also enabled the various ports for Fifa 13 in windows firewall but still no joy. Anything else I can do to change it? Thanks
