I'm going to relay my living room flow with bamboo.
The floor underneath the existing timbers is concrete and want to treat it for damp while i'm at it.

Is it suitable to lay a floor over this stuff directly?
Can i put levelling compound over it or should i put that on first?

Come to think of it - is there a floor leveling compound that seals too killing tow birds with one stone?
