I'm due to retire next August, my pension provider will pay me a lump sum of 31,000Euro , plus a yearly of 11,000 euro. Does anyone with financial knowledge know of any instution that will lend money now, (15,000) to be paid back in full next August? I don't want to go traipsing place to placearound if such a thing is impossible. Thanks guys.

You can't assign a pension against a loan. However, that's not to say they won't lend you the money by taking your future income into account.
