    Only the other day the EU got the Nobel peace prize for peace. This must have been a big mistake because shouldn't have got anything at all. They are now following in the exact same footsteps as former suppressive blocks that they claim themselves not to be. USSR, North Korea and China.

    Meanwhile if whenwar breaks out in Iran, we will not get the full picture of this conflict on our TV screens other than mainstream Western Propaganda.

    If the EU have powers to silence Iranian news channels how long will it be before they start shutting down alternative news sources and internet sites throughout Europe and beyond that deem unsuitable for their policies.

    Observers believe that the European Union does not respect freedom of speech, and spares no efforts to silence the voice of alternative media outlets.

    Press TV has launched a Facebook petition to save the news channel across Europe after European satellite provider Eutelsat SA stopped the broadcast of several Iranian satellite channels on the order of the European Commission.

    European companies are not permitted to do business with Iran afaik because of the economic sanctions. This would include satellite companies

    Dammit, all the channels from 901 upwards are gone, i'll have to go back to SKY, those bitches show their faces though.
