How to create/add Ribbon to C# app?

Anyone know how to create/add a ribbon (Office style menu) to a C# app? I thought Visual Studio would have some sort of ribbon control you could drag and drop onto your app but it doesn't seem to have one. Any ideas?

WinForms? You'll need to get some 3rd party control. I can't suggest one. WPF? I think it's built into WPF with .Net 4.5 and a separate assembly to download with older versions.
